To book we ask for one third of the cost to secure the property with the balance due eight weeks before your holiday. If you are booking within eight weeks of the holiday then payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment may be by credit/debit card over the phone, cheque by post (made payable to "GOLDS") or cash in person - whichever suits you best.

We are pleased to confirm that our 2009 prices have been frozen for 2010. There are no hidden costs - the price you pay is inclusive of all heating, electric, gas, bed linen and towels. If you are booking a two week holiday then a 5% discount will be applied to your second week.
Our properties are available to let throughout the year, short breaks may be available during the year, please enquire for more details. Bookings can be made by telephoning Golds Properties on 01543 270784
Please note there is an additional charge of £25 for taking a small dog to Mermaid and we would respectfully request the following:-
- Please keep your pet off the furniture (this includes the beds).
- We recommend that your pet is not left alone in Mermaid as they could fret in the new surroundings.
- Remember you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
