Gulls Roost is in an elevated position enjoying glorious sea views. It is approached by steps to take in the wonderful sea views. Sea Spray & Gulls Roost are approached via steps which make them unsuitable for the elderly or disabled.

Portreath is a former fishing village nestled in a valley between Perranporth and Hayle.  It has a beautiful secluded, soft fine sand and shingle beach, backed by rugged cliffs on one side and the harbour on the other, making it popular with families and surfers alike.

For breathtaking views, the coast path, in either direction, is a must and is within minutes of both properties.  Once the sea air has worked its magic there are beach front cafes, pubs and restaurants to satisfy all tastes - all within walking distance.  Lively Newquay is approx. 15 miles away and all other visitor attractions are within easy reach.
