The accommodation is set on the ground floor and it has two entrances - one disabled access to the rear of the property and one off the patio area on the seaward side of the apartment.  The rear entrance (with video entry-phone system) leads into the hallway and through to the comfortable lounge and out to the seaward side patio area.

The large communal sun deck area has sensational views of the sea, to the right you can see the lighthouse of Godvrey and the 3 miles of golden sands at Hayle, St Ives Bay, Cornwall.

There is allocated parking for one vehicle included with our self catering apartment in Carbis Bay, St Ives Cornwall. 

At The Lookout you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the golden beach ideal for bathing or visit the hustle and bustle of St. Ives which is situated just one mile south along the coast.

St Ives can be reached by taking a relaxing scenic 3 minute train ride from the local station, or by strolling along the coastal footpath taking in the views on the way! 

Carbis Bay railway station is situated on the cliff above the beach.  Carbis Bay railway station is on the St Ives Bay line which means it will connect you with St Ives in Cornwall, Lelant and St Erth.  The views from the coastal train of Carbis Bay and the route to St Ives are breathtaking.
