Penellen House is a large self catering cottage located in St Ives Bay, Hayle, Cornwall and is suitable for a family of up to 12/14 plus room for the travel cot.

Penellen House is in a commanding position overlooking St Ives Bay
and is a large family coastal residence that offers spacious self catering accommodation with direct
access to the coast path and beach
with 3 miles of golden sands.

This is the ideal property for either a large family or groups who enjoy relaxing or activity based holidays alike - including walking, swimming, surfing, playing on the sand, looking for dolphins in the bay or just lazing around and watching the sun go down.

Penellen enjoys parking for up to four vehicles.

The large family lounge has three magnificent picture windows to view the stunning views across St Ives Bay to St Ives, Cornwall.

There is ample seating made up of 2 and 3 seater settees and single chairs. The Penellen has a large flatscreen television with Freeview and a DVD player. There is also a mini-hifi system - all you need for a relaxing fantastic holiday.

The French doors at the end of the lounge lead out onto a decked terrace that has plenty of seating to enjoy those sunset BBQ's.

The enclosed decked area has its own picnic benches and this leads to the garden and swinging seat.

Back in the lounge, take in the magnificent sea views over St. Ives Bay to St. Ives with our telescope - keeping an eye out for the dolphins that frequent the bay.
