Rest assured you can still book to stay with us from any date after 4th July 2020 (this date may be extended as we continue to adapt to the changing conditions) Please see a little more detail below about how we can help you with your booking.
If you are due to travel before 4th July 2020 you can amend your booking (subject to availability). You will not be charged an amendment fee. In the event you select a new date that subsequently falls within extended government-imposed travel restrictions, again there will be no amendment fee to amend your booking to a more suitable date.

As an independent business we very much hope that you will be able to transfer your booking so that we can welcome you later this year, or next year. We are sorry that this postponed opening impacts on your holiday plans, but feel that under the circumstances it is the right thing to do.
We would normally ask you to pay your remaining balance eight weeks prior to the holiday. However, we know it is hard to plan ahead right now so we are giving you more time, please get in touch four weeks before your holiday and we will be able to reassess the situation then.
If you have a booking from 4th 5th July 2020, we currently expect to be open by then and there is no need to contact us at the moment. If a customer books a holiday with us departing after 4th July 2020 and must subsequently amend their holiday date (subject to availability) due to government-imposed travel restrictions, we will waive our usual amendment fees.
As the situation is changing on a daily basis, we will continue to monitor government advice and keep you updated as necessary. This is a difficult time for us all and we thank you for your patience.
