Fancy adding a little Halloween magic to your Cornwall holiday? The Eden Project's Halloweden celebrations run from 24 October to 1 November 2026, from 10am to 5pm, with seasonal activities included in Eden admission.
A different kind of autumn adventure
Follow the Freaky Fungi Trail through the gardens and discover the hidden world of mushrooms. Then step into the Glow Room, an immersive ultraviolet experience inspired by the networks that fungi create beneath our feet.
Live music from Eden's Halloween band, The Scarecrows, adds to the fun. On Saturday 31 October, a special Halloweden party brings music, games and costume treats to the Mediterranean Biome's Citrus Grove. Fancy dress is welcome.
Make a day of it
Eden's ice rink also returns for the season, with a new look inspired by the Northern Lights. Skating costs extra and requires valid Eden admission, so check the booking options before travelling.
Pre-book your Eden visit to avoid disappointment, and check the official programme for any changes.
Explore Halloweden and book your visit on the Eden Project website.
Come back to the coast
Combine your day out with a self-catering stay in Hayle with Golds Cornish Holidays. With St Ives Bay on the doorstep, you can make time for both Cornwall's attractions and a slower morning beside the sea. Explore our self-catering accommodation and plan your autumn escape.
